This semester, I have read again through Pope John Paul II’s “Theology of the Body.”  It made me ponder how the body expresses the person and how the body requires respect because of it.

Mrs. Midwest released this video on modesty.  She has great awareness and offers her practical advice.  My favorite line from the video is the following: “I don’t believe that every single person out there has earned the right to view my body.” (4:00)
