Martin Luther King and discouragement

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr., I won’t write much.  Sometimes, it’s best to hear his words instead of writing about them.  The first video is King’s “I Have a Dream” speech.

Years before his episcopal ordination, Bishop Barron spoke about how Dr. King is still relevant in America today.

Do you feel discouraged in your spiritual life?

Are you frustrated in your spiritual life?  Are you burdened with spiritual trials and there is no way out?  Do you sense that no matter what do you do, you don’t feel close to God?  Let the words of Venerable Bruno Lanteri guide you.  On Feb. 8-9, Fr. Timothy Gallagher, OMV will host a workshop at St. Clement Eucharistic Shrine in Boston on overcoming spiritual discouragement.   To register, email or call St. Clement’s at (617) 982-7264.  Please include the spelling of your name and phone number.  The fee is $50.  Students and seminarians pay only $30.  Please check out this workshop.
