On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, I went with Fr. Peter Grover, OMV to his parish mission at Immaculate Conception Church in Weymouth, south of Boston. This was the last night of a three-day mission.
Fr. Peter gave a 30-minute talk on prayer. I started the evening with a 15-minute talk on the Holy Spirit. This was a warmup for my First Saturday talk in April on St. Maximilian Kolbe, Spirit and Mary.
People complimented me on the talk. It dovetailed well with Fr. Peter’s. His talk on prayer focused on the Our Father with a focus on the Father and the Son. They enjoyed and laughed at Fr. Peter’s stories.

We were stuck behind a school bus and in highway construction. I missed a few turns. A wreck occurred right in front of us. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for keeping us safe.

This presentation was required by my spring class on the Holy Spirit. This expanded the parish mission talk in Weymouth. […]
